"Let's face it, ladies: as long as we keep being "nice" to everyone else, we automatically say "no" to our own needs and desires. This training gives you concrete steps to be nice to yourself, before you can actually be nice to all the others. And this is not about becoming an arrogant person or about being "not nice". This is about unfolding exactly the wonderful person that you are are, through radical self-acceptance and self-respect. Because only when we respect our boundaries, will other people respect our boundaries, too.

I call it the "disease to please": by constantly looking for approval by others, we seem to forget our own needs and desires. It's stressful and exhausting to follow other people's expectations. And, let's face it: thanks to our empathy, we women are particularly "good" at imagining what others may think! But what if we were free of this pressure to constantly being judged by others? How much would become possible for us?
