Welcome to the "Fit by Intuition" Easy Workouts!

Even with fibromyalgia or another chronic condition, it's crucial to keep moving with exercises and training intensity that suit you and your body without overloading it.


In the "Fit by Intuition" Easy Workouts program, you'll find 20 videos featuring simple exercises designed to gradually increase your activity levels. Each video lasts approximately 5 minutes.


With my "Fit by Intuition" training series, I'm here to support you step by step in rebuilding fitness, strength, and ultimately, joy in life. Because improving daily life enjoyment is the real goal!

In the Easy Workouts program, look forward to diverse videos in various training positions:

  • Seated
  • Standing
  • On the mat
Here's how the Easy Workouts program is structured:

  • Level 1: These 12 videos are your introduction to regular training.
  • Level 2: These 8 videos are ideal if you can handle Level 1 without additional pain or fatigue.
  • Plus:
    • Bonus Level 3: Challenge yourself with these two videos once you're comfortable with Level 2.
    • Bonus Fascia Massage: Let's roll out our tense fascia together if you have a foam roller.
Here's how to tailor your training:

Start with the Level 1 video workouts and stick with them for a while. Choose your training based on how your body feels, e.g.:


  • Back Mobility, if you're feeling tense in your back.
  • Leg training, if your legs could benefit from some more muscles.
  • Stretching, if you want to stretch out and relax.
Gradually progress to Levels 2 and 3 videos based on your body's readiness.

  • You're recovering from surgery, a prolonged illness, or other challenging situations and want to regain strength for better daily life quality.

Hey, I'm Kerstin.


I've been working as a fitness coach for over 25 years, and I know firsthand how important it is to exercise, even with a chronic condition. In 2019, I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia myself.

My goal is to help you rediscover the joy of movement and exercise through the "Fit by Intuition" programs, transforming your daily life positively. I look forward to our training together.
