Who Will Be Training You?
My name is Kerstin, and I've been a fitness coach for over 25 years. I understand firsthand the importance of staying active, even when living with a chronic condition, as I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia in 2019. My goal with the "Fit by Intuition" programs is to help you rediscover the joy of movement and exercise, so you can experience a positive transformation in your daily life. Haven’t Exercised Regularly in a While and Have Fibromyalgia or a Similar Chronic Condition?
If you’re new to exercise or it’s been a while since you last moved regularly, it’s important to start slow and gently build up your strength and confidence. I highly recommend beginning with these two introductory programs before diving into the Pilates program:
- Start with the "Starter Program": This 30-day program provides one gentle exercise per day, delivered as a video, to help you ease back into movement safely.
- Continue with the "Easy Workouts": Once you complete the Starter Program, move on to these 20 simple, follow-along 5-minute videos designed to further develop your strength and mobility.
