My 30-day Starter Program is specially designed for people like you. With just one short exercise per day – no longer than 1 minute – you’ll gradually build strength and mobility. No pressure, no overwhelm. Just simple, doable, effective steps.

Who is this program not suitable for?

The "Fit by Intuition" Starter Program may not be suitable for you if ...

you do have fibromyalgia or another chronic condition, BUT you’re not yet medically stable and even the smallest effort currently feels too overwhelming. Your health should be relatively stable so that your body is ready to gently start increasing activity again. If that’s (not yet) the case, feel free to reach out – I’d be happy to talk with you about whether my 1:1 coaching program for people with fibromyalgia might be a better fit to help you regain energy and improve your overall health.

Here's what you can expect during the 30-days of the Starter Program:

Each day, you’ll receive an email from me with a short 1-minute exercise video – plus daily tips and inspiration to support your gentle training routine.
All videos are also available in our online course portal hosted on the Ablefy platform. There, the clips will be unlocked gradually and remain accessible for 12 months – so you can repeat them as often as you like.
You’ll get regular motivation and ideas to help you stay on track with your new movement habits.
The exercises are simple and low-impact, inspired by Pilates, stretching, and light endurance training.
My biggest goal with the "Fit by Intuition" programs is to help you rediscover the joy of moving your body – so that your everyday life can begin to feel lighter and more positive again.
