Qi Gong integrates breathing, mental focus, inner and outer posture, movement, and imagination. The exercises offer a holistic experience, referred to in China as a "cultivation practice for body and mind." Gently, the entire body is mobilized, and inner resources are strengthened.
"Qi Gong of the Four Seasons" is specially aligned with nature, with which we are always connected—both physically and emotionally. A deeper understanding of the interplay between nature, body, mind, emotions, and organs is explained and experienced practically.
Each season includes 11 movement exercises that promote harmony with both inner and outer nature.
The autumn exercises strengthen the respiratory system, support digestion, and benefit the skin. Through these practices, we train to apply the clarity of autumn to our perception and decision-making.
In 10 video lessons, each 60 minutes long, you will learn all the exercises. Additionally, you will receive supplementary materials, tips for integrating the practices into daily life, knowledge from Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), and matching audio files of music for your practice. I will guide you step by step through the exercises so you can internalize everything thoroughly.
A new video is released each week. They are available to you for 26 months. The downloadable extra materials, including the music, are entirely for your personal use.
Everything you learn is intended for your own well-being and personal practice. You are worth it. The course does not grant permission to share the learning materials.
