Qi Gong connects breath, mental focus, inner and outer posture, movement, and imagination. The exercises offer a holistic experience, referred to in China as a "cultivation practice for body and mind." Gently, the entire body is mobilized, and emotional resources are strengthened.

"Qi Gong of the Four Seasons" is specially aligned with nature, with which we are always connected—both physically and emotionally. A deeper understanding of the interplay between nature, body, mind, emotions, and organs is explained and experienced in practice.

Each season includes 11 movement exercises that promote harmony with inner and outer nature.
The summer exercises strengthen circulation while supporting the heart, stomach, and spleen. Through these practices, we learn to channel the warmth and joy of summer in a balanced way, preventing it from tipping into stress and hectic energy.

In 10 video lessons (60 minutes each), you’ll learn all the exercises. Additionally, you’ll receive supplementary materials, practical tips for daily life, knowledge from Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), and matching practice music as an audio file with affirmations for the exercises. I’ll guide you step by step so you can internalize everything with ease.

A new video is released each week. You’ll have access to them for 26 months. The extra downloadable materials, including the music, are yours to keep.
