Qi Gong integrates breathing, mental focus, inner and outer posture, movement, and imagination. The exercises offer a holistic experience, referred to in China as a "cultivation practice for body and mind." Gently, the entire body is mobilized, and inner resources are strengthened.

"Qi Gong of the Four Seasons" is specially aligned with nature, with which we are always connected—both physically and emotionally. A deeper understanding of the interplay between nature, body, mind, emotions, and organs is explained and experienced practically.

Each season includes 11 movement exercises that promote harmony with both inner and outer nature. The winter exercises strengthen the bones, mobilize the spine, and nurture confidence and trust in life.
