" Qi Gong Of The Four Seasons" is uniquely attuned to nature, with which we are always connected, both physically and emotionally. It offers a deeper understanding of the interplay between nature, body, soul, emotions, and organs, which is both taught and experienced through practice. Each season features a composition of 11 standing exercises designed to harmonize the inner and outer nature.
