Strengthen your influence beyond formal power
This half-day, in-person workshop, designed by Anna-Lena Claeys-Kulik and Emily Palmer, brings together a small group of 10–15 women working at the intersection of European policy, international cooperation, and higher education. It is designed for women who want to strengthen their collaborative leadership skills, expand their influence beyond formal authority, and connect with peers facing similar leadership challenges.
During the workshop, you will:
