Course Duration
The course lasts a total of nine weeks. Every week you will receive content and exercises for approx. 60-90 minutes.We support you with many videos, worksheets and online tools.
In addition, mail support is available to you.
We deliberately do not publish the entire course content immediately so that you can integrate what you have learned into your everyday life. This is an important step for the effectiveness of the course.
The course is available to you for a total of five months, so that a break (e.g. due to holidays/illness) is also possible.
