• Keys already purchased are NOT affected by course price increment in the validity period.
• Unused or expired keys cannot be returned. In exceptional cases we can prolong validity of keys (please contact BioVoxxel for support).
• EduPass keys currently cannot be issued for variable prices, therefore there might be a small price difference between an EduPass key and an individual course purchase (we are working on an improvement)
