RAC online course - safe learning of the RAC or VAS
The RAC (Refléxe auriculo-cardiaque), the VAS (vasal autonomic signal) or the Nogier pulse is an autonomic signal of the vascular system. The signal occurs after a stimulus is applied and can be detected at specific palpation sites. The RAC is a subjective diagnostic technique.
Learning the RAC diagnosis is uncomplicated, but some practice is needed to gain confidence in this type of diagnosis. You can gain this confidence in group exercises, as you will receive feedback on the subjective perceptions through practicing together.
But it is also possible to practice via alternative methods and settings without a face-to-face course in order to confirm your own observations – whether alone or with colleagues. The point is to recognize and trust one's own perception
