This advanced and highly specialised two-day training Systemic Facilitation of Agile Teams provides you with a collection of useful systemic and communication tools that complement and go beyond the usual facilitation tips. In this highly interactive course, you’ll learn how to use in practice the following:
In addition to the four 4-hour course days, there will be self-organised learning and a 3-hour debriefing meeting approx. two months after the course to integrate better the learning with the results of the application experience of the participants acquired in the course. The actual date will be agreed directly with the participants.
