3. What if I can´t join every live session?That’s absolutely okay.All live sessions will be recorded and available as replays for a limited time.Live is a bonus - not a requirement. You won’t “fall behind.”

4. How long are the sessions?
Each session is 20–25 minutes.

5. Is this cardio-heavy or high intensity?

No.
There is no jumping, everything is knee‑friendly and designed to build energy - not drain it.
