💛 For women 40+ who don’t want to start over… again. Strength, mobility and endurance in one monthly routine - already waiting when you open the app.

It's rarely one thing.

The hip gets stiffer, so you don't get low in a squat anymore. Muscle disappears quietly, so less holds the knee in place and less absorbs a landing. The back stops rotating, so something else has to.

They're gears. Over the years they turn slower, and each one slows the next.

It's not age. It's gears that stopped turning.

The Strong & Shape Club gets them turning again - in sessions that fit the day you're actually having, with me watching your week.

Two ways in - both are the club.

If you're starting from scratch: we begin with your own bodyweight and the small stabilising muscles most programs skip. Not because it's easier - because it's what makes everything after it possible.

If you already train: you go straight to resistance work, with the mobility and stability layer running alongside it. That layer is usually what's missing when a lift feels stuck.

Both of you get the same three things in one plan — strength, mobility and endurance. Not three programs to fit around each other. One.

„Mobility isn't something we lose to age. It's something we keep by using it."

What makes this different from any other app: there's a coach in here with you. I see how your week went, I answer, and on Tuesdays I train right alongside you.

And you get the library too, of course — workouts and recipes, long ones and five-minute ones, enough variety for whatever your week looks like.

Three pillars, and what they actually look like:

💪🏼Strength — bodyweight first, then resistance. Built so your knees, hips and back get the support they've been missing.

🤸🏻‍♀️Mobility — flows you can do on a normal evening. Stiff joints don't need more rest; they need gentle, repeated movement.

🚶‍♀️Endurance — zone-2 walks (try it with a loaded backpack — my favourite), swimming, cycling, my low-impact „do this instead of running" sessions at home, or Tabata when you want it short and hard.

„You don't have to be flexible to start. You become flexible by starting — one kind, consistent movement at a time."

What you get every month

  • A plan, not a pile of videos. Every month I build the routine and put it into your calendar in the app — strength, endurance and mobility in a sensible mix. You open the app and see what today is. Nothing to choose, nothing to design. Too much on a given day? Skip it. Too long? Take a shorter session instead.

  • A video library of follow-along sessions — you train with me on screen, not from a written list.

  • A weekly live workout with me, usually Tuesdays at 5:30 pm CET / 11:30 am ET — I train with you, I don't watch. That's the part no video course has.
Every live session recorded — the link comes afterwards and stays for 30 days, so you can repeat the workout whenever you like.

  • My Monday check-in — one theme, one focus for the week. A ritual, not a newsletter.

  • The group chat — as loud or as quiet as you like. Plenty of women never write a word and only read along, and that's completely fine. Nobody here has to perform.

  • A library that keeps growing — one to two new workouts every month.

  • A full recipe database in the app — plus documents and meditations. The club isn't only training; how you eat is part of the work.

  • Sessions from 5 to 40 minutes — you choose what the day allows. Not because short is optimal, but because a workout you finish beats a workout you planned.

Everything runs in the app. No equipment list you need to buy first.

The number I'm proudest of

62 % of my members are still here after more than a year.

In an industry where most people quit within three months, that's the only number that says something real. Not because the club is easy — because there's no point where you're "done". The plan keeps growing with you.

Some of the women I work with have been with me for two and three years, across three continents. They didn't stay for a challenge. They stayed because someone was paying attention.

đź’¬ What women are really saying

„I've missed the live workouts, but I'm enjoying the recordings! The rucksack workout is my new favourite."
— Allison, Australia

„You can always expect the unexpected with Jana's workouts. Thank you, Jana, for keeping us going."
— Madeleine, Canada

„Wow, Jana — what a sweaty workout! It feels so good to be back!"
— Nina, Germany

FAQ
1. How do I cancel?
One click in your Ablefy account under „Subscriptions". No email, no notice period, no waiting. You keep access until the end of the month you paid for.

2. What will show up on my bank statement?
„Namotto Brand" — that's the payment provider I work with, not another subscription.

3. I haven't trained in years. Is this too advanced?
No. That's one of the two ways in — we start with your own bodyweight and build the foundation first.

4. I already train regularly. Is this too basic?
Also no. You go straight to resistance work; the mobility layer runs alongside it and is usually the piece that's missing.

5. What if my knees or back hurt?
Bring it into the group chat — that's where I answer, and usually two other women recognise themselves in your question. I'll tell you which sessions to choose and what to leave out for now. What I don't do at this price is write you an individual plan; if that's what you need, that's my 1:1 coaching — you can apply here: tally.so/r/obkzzx

6. Can I message you directly?
Yes. The group chat is always open, and direct messages are capped at three a month — that cap is there so I actually answer them, instead of leaving you waiting.

7. What if I can't make the live workout?
It's recorded. You get the link afterwards and it stays available for 30 days, so you can train along whenever it suits you — as often as you like.

8. Do I need equipment?
No. Everything works with your bodyweight; resistance bands and dumbbells are optional, and I'll tell you when they're worth it.

9. How much time does it take?
That's up to your day. Some sessions are 5 or 10 minutes, some run 30 to 40 — you pick. Three times a week is the goal; twice is still progress.

One month. No restart.

When did you last sit all the way down onto the floor — and get back up again without using your hands?

You don't need another 60-day transformation. You need something that's still there in a year — and a person who notices when you disappear for two weeks.

„You're investing in the woman who is still moving freely at 70, 80, and beyond."
