Orange Gefühle sind Gefühle, die man oft noch alleine verändern kann wie z.B. Hunger, Durst, Müdigkeit, etc....
Macht dir auch Gedanken was dir gut tut? Wobei bekommst du positive (grüne) Gefühle? Schreibe alles auf, was dir einfällt. Hier kannst du dann immer nachschauen, wenn du mal nicht es dir einmal nicht so gut geht.
