Guitar Lab
This is where we break down the mechanics behind great technique. You’ll learn how to hold the pick, how to execute efficient picking motions, and how to find the right setup for your picking hand. We’ll also take a close look at the fretting hand, thumb position, forearm position, hand posture, and more, while introducing some of the basic principles of biomechanics.

Guitar Bootcamp
Here we put everything into action. I’ll show you one of my favorite shred licks for developing fast and clean picking, simple enough for almost anyone to start with, but powerful enough to build serious speed. You’ll also learn one of my favorite practice methods for pushing your limits while still working on precision and control.
