Fashion Styling Instructor – Denise Med

My name is Denise Med, and I’ve been working in the fashion industry for over 20 years as a stylist for editorials, shoots, shows, TV, and film. I’ve been fortunate to collaborate with many international magazines like InStyle, Burda Style. I was building up the online presence of Vogue.de, Glamour.de, and GQ.de as the Editor-in-Chiefi n Munich. Editorial fashion shoots all around the world and catalog productions in America have brought me great joy. Many fashion lovers know me from my extensive media presence, where I’m regularly interviewed as a trend scout for various fashion trends on TV and in print, or appeared as a fashion expert on popular before/after makeover shows.

I love my job because it combines everything I’m passionate about: fashion, photography, and creativity. Through styling, I tell stories and bring my ideas to life in images. Whether I’m working as a fashion stylist for shoots, shows, or TV productions, I always work creatively and collaboratively with hair and makeup artists. Together, we create a true visual masterpiece.

In 2005, I founded the Modestyling Academy — the first school in Europe where you can officially train as a Fashion Stylist and Personal Shopper. Since 2010, I’ve been the editor-in-chief of the gender-neutral blogzine modechannel.de, where I cover the latest fashion and lifestyle trends.
