What can you expect?

Immerse yourself in the basics of fascial scar work—with a focus on body awareness, theoretical understanding, and self-experience.
You will learn the first two principles of the Liedler concept as well as the Scar Articulation Technique (NART 1) – each for reflection and practical self-testing.

                                            

The Liedler concept is simple, effective, and sustainable.

The hands-on concept for scars, fascial adhesions, and peritoneal adhesions after surgery and deep injuries. It is about the lasting restoration of sliding layers (YES, mobility remains!), the breakdown of adhesions, the three-dimensional release of affected myofascial movement chains, and the reprogramming of neural signal transmission. Regardless of the age of the scar, with the appropriate technique and focus on the affected sliding layer at the right depth, an unexpected amount of movement can be (re)gained!
