Skilled workers are still in short supply on the labour market – even more so and always have been in the area of payroll accounting. At the same time, young people are entering the labour market, are motivated and want to be trained. There is potential here. However, the profession of payroll accountant is still not an apprenticeship. Companies have to do more here. It therefore makes sense for companies to train their payroll specialists themselves.
