Your "Sleep Manager" is a QantexX format designed to help you deeply relax and fall asleep effortlessly. Sleep isn’t a random state - it depends on your brain frequency. This is where the Sleep Manager comes in. It uses advanced technology to guide your brain frequency directly into the range of deep sleep.
How does it work? The QantexX® sound is responsible for guiding your brain frequencies. This sound is a sequence of binaurally recorded tones, specially developed by Lifepassion, that naturally prompt your brain to adopt a specific frequency. The QantexX® sound gently moves your brain frequency out of "high beta" (associated with stress, pressure, and anxiety) and precisely into the optimal range for deep sleep. Version #1
This version combines the QantexX Sound with voice guidance to help you fall into a deep sleep within 30 minutes.
Version #2
Similar to Version #1, this option also uses a combination of voice guidance and QantexX Sound, but extends the session to 60 minutes for a gradual transition into deep sleep.
Version #3
This version eliminates voice guidance, relying solely on the QantexX Sound to guide you into a deep sleep in 30 minutes.
Version #4
Like Version #3, this option uses only the QantexX Sound, but it runs for 60 minutes to guide and hold you in deep sleep.
Versions #5–8
These versions mirror Versions #1–4, but with one key difference: the QantexX Sound is played at a frequency inaudible to the human ear.
Bonus Track A
This track contains no voice or music. The QantexX Sound alone guides you into deep sleep over 60 minutes.
Bonus Track B
Similar to Bonus Track A, this version uses only the QantexX Sound, but at a frequency inaudible to the human ear. It also runs for 60 minutes.
Bonus Track C
This "Sleep Manager" track alternates your brain frequency between light and deep sleep phases over 6 hours. No headphones are required, making it ideal for a restful night’s sleep.
Bonus Track D
Similar to Bonus Track C, this track alternates between light and deep sleep phases over 6 hours. However, the QantexX Sound is played in a version that is inaudible to the human ear. This version also does not require headphones.
