- 4x Back Workout (Build up fundamental strength & improve your spinal mobility for better posture, efficient movement & to prevent injury)
- 4x Upper Body Workout (Build up strength in arms, shoulders, upper back)
- 4x Fullbody Workout (Bring everything together in a functional workout flow improving your overall strength, mobility & stability)
