- Only registered students are allowed to participate. If necessary, proof of this must be provided as part of the acquisition or maintenance of membership.
- The possibility to join the Founders-Club is limited in time! With launch of the platform STUDENICS there is no possibility to join the Founders-Club afterwards. Only members who have joined the Founders-Club up to then can benefit from the advantages
- Membership is not transferable to third parties.
- The majority of the one-time membership fees are used to promote the development of STUDENICS, to organize events, to cover server and personnel costs, and to expand the activities of the Founders Club itself.
- After purchasing and joining the Founders Club (member area), the usual communication channels with the founding team are available until 5,000 members are reached. From the threshold of 5,000 members, we expand the infrastructure and thus the possibility of active cooperation.
- The random distribution of the 5 x 6,000 € cash will be carried out immediately from the size of 50,000 joined members.
- Teilnehmen dürfen ausschließlich eingeschriebene Studenten. Gegebenenfalls ist hierfür im Zuge des Erwerbs oder zur Aufrechterhaltung der Mitgliedschaft ein Nachweis zu erbringen.
- Die Beitrittsmöglichkeit zum Founders-Club ist zeitlich begrenzt! Mit dem Launch der Plattform STUDENICS besteht keine Möglichkeit dem Founders-Club nachträglich beizutreten nur bis dahin eingetretene Mitglieder profitieren von den Vorteilen.
- Die Mitgliedschaft ist nicht auf dritte Übertragbar.
- Ein Großteil der einmalig erhobenen Mitgliedsbeiträge werden dazu verwendet, um die Entstehung von STUDENICS voranzutreiben, Veranstaltungen zu organisieren, Server- und Personalkosten abzudecken sowie die Aktivitäten des Founders-Club selbst auszubauen.
- Nach Kauf und Beitritt in den Founders-Club (Membersbereich) stehen bis zum Erreichen von 5.000 Mitgliedern übliche Kommunikationswege mit dem Gründerteam zur Verfügung. Ab der Schwelle von 5.000 beigetretenen Mitgliedern erweitern wir die Infrastruktur und somit die Möglichkeit der aktiven Zusammenarbeit.
- Die nach Zufallsprinzip stattfindende Ausschüttung der 5 x 6.000 € Cash erfolgt umgehend ab der Größenordnung von 50.000 beigetreten Mitgliedern.
