A private 1:1 breathwork session with me is a profound opportunity for deep healing and personal expansion. It's a unique blend of coaching, breathwork, and energy work, designed to help you embark on a transformative journey.

From a breathing perspective, the technique and timing are consistent with what you've experienced in my online classes. However, in a private session, the focus is entirely tailored to your specific needs and situation.

During our session, I'll invite you to share details about your current situation and the healing or shifts you're seeking. This initial conversation is crucial, as it sets the stage for your healing journey and allows me to gain insights into your unique challenges and aspirations. Your input also guides the creation of a personalized musical experience, which can be a powerful element of the session.

My session typically lasts around 60 minutes, providing ample time for a comprehensive healing experience. If you have a preference for any specific aspects of the session, please feel free to let me know when we schedule.

The session unfolds in three main phases:

Discussion: We begin by discussing your situation and intentions for healing. This dialogue helps you prepare for the healing process and enables me to identify and address any potential blocks or obstacles.
Breathwork: The core of the session involves conscious breathwork. As you breathe, I will guide and support you in releasing blocked energy and aligning with the transformation you seek in your life.
Integration: Following the breathwork, we dedicate time to integration. I'll help you explore how to support yourself moving forward and incorporate the healing insights gained during our session.

If you're ready to embark on this transformative journey, you can purchase a private session. Once you've made your purchase, I'll reach out to you personally to schedule our session. Remember, I'm here to support you every step of the way on your path to healing and expansion.
