How do I join the course?
Click the "Checkout" button at the top right, enter your details, and complete your payment. You will immediately receive an email with your login details so you can get started right away.

Which software is used in the course?
We use TIA Portal by Siemens. You don’t need to purchase a license – I will show you how to install the free trial version.

Which programming languages are covered?
Mainly Ladder Logic (LAD), the most widely used language in the world. You will also learn Function Block Diagram (FBD) and Structured Control Language (SCL).

When does the course start?
Whenever YOU are ready! Learn at your own speed with video tutorials and practical exercises available in your personal member area.

How long does the course take?
The video content is about 7 hours long. With a high density of information, plan for 2–3 days of learning. If you complete all exercises, you’ll need about a week.

How long do I have access to the course?
You will have lifetime access, including all future updates. I regularly expand and improve the course. Stay informed via my newsletter (link provided in the course).

Can I rewatch the videos?
Absolutely! Watch the videos as many times as you like. The course also serves as a reference library for future use.

Can I use the course offline?
Yes, you can download the videos and watch them offline on your device.

Is PLC software included in the course?
No full license is included – it would cost more than the course itself. But you will get links to official Siemens trial versions, which are free to use for up to 18 weeks – more than enough for the course.

How do I get the certificate?
Once you’ve completed the course, send me an email with your name, and I will send your certificate as a PDF.

Is the certificate useful for job applications?
Yes – the certificate demonstrates your initiative and willingness to learn, which are highly valued by employers. While it’s not a substitute for a full-time technical qualification, it’s a great way to strengthen your resume and show your commitment to the field. In fact, many of my students have used this course as a springboard into a new career in automation.

Is the course suitable for real-world applications? (e.g. maintenance staff, electricians, etc.)
Absolutely! I have packed the course with practical insights and hands-on knowledge from the field.

Do I need a physical PLC to participate?
No – we use the TIA Portal simulator (PLCSIM) so you can practice everything without needing real hardware. If you already have a PLC, feel free to use it.

What if I don’t understand something?
No worries – just use the comment section under the lesson to ask your question. I will respond as soon as I can.

Can I purchase the course for my company or team?
Yes! Each participant gets their own account and login. I provide proper invoices and can send offers in advance – ideal for training teams or apprentices. Discounts are available for group purchases.

Do you offer invoices or quotes for companies?
Yes, every customer receives a proper invoice automatically. If your company needs a quote beforehand, just contact me.
