The structure:

4 themed weeks to guide your journey step by step:

Each week includes:

🌿 a gentle yoga practice (15–20 min)
🌿 a guided self-love ritual (think meditation, breathwork, somatic exercises etc.)
🌿 a short coaching impulse

🌿 3 journal & reflection prompts

🌿 a weekly implementation challenge

FAQ:

1. For how long will I have access to the program?
You'll have access to the program materials for 12 months.

2. How much time will I need for this program?
The course is designed to fit into your normal daily life with practices and videos ranging from 5 to 20 minutes max. You are free though to dive as deep and take as much time as feels right to you.

3. I've never done yoga before. Is the program still for me?
You don't need to have any prior experience in yoga (or anything else) to benefit from the program. The program is open to all levels and beginner-friendly.

4. Is the program live or prerecorded?
The program is prerecorded. At the start of every week, all the materials for the week will be unlocked and you are free to do them in your own time.

5. How does the optional coaching support work?
If you choose to book the option with 1:1 Coaching support additional to the prerecorded course, we'll schedule two 60 min coaching calls (one towards the beginning and one towards the end of the course). You'll also receive Whatsapp support (Mon - Fri) throughout the 4 weeks of the program.
