Terms and Conditions for Private Individuals
When you complete your purchase, you receive immediate access to all lessons and downloadable materials. By purchasing, you confirm that you want the content to be available right away, even though the statutory withdrawal period has not yet ended. Once the materials are delivered, the contract is considered fulfilled and the service fully provided. Because of this immediate access, your right of withdrawal expires as soon as the service has been fully delivered. Any change of mind after accessing the content does not qualify for a refund. If you choose an installment plan, please note that it is not a monthly subscription. It is simply a payment plan for the full price of the program, and all installments remain due once the withdrawal period has expired.
Legal Notes (FAGG)
a) Under FAGG § 18 (1) Z 1, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services that have already been fully performed, provided you gave your explicit consent to begin before the withdrawal period ended and confirmed that you understood you would lose your withdrawal right once the service was completed.
b) Under FAGG § 18 (1) Z 2, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content not supplied on a physical medium once access has begun, provided you 1) explicitly agreed to start before the withdrawal period ended, 2) confirmed that you understand this waives your withdrawal right, and 3) received a confirmation of this information as required by § 5 (2) or § 7 (3) FAGG.
