THE PERCEIVER

PROGRAM PARTICIPATION AND LICENSE TERMS

These Terms apply between Mario Radinger, trading as The Soul Journeys (“Content Provider”), and the individual purchasing or accessing The Perceiver (“Participant”). Where the program is purchased through Ablefy under its reseller model, the Ablefy entity identified during checkout is the seller and contractual partner for the purchase. Payment, invoicing, withdrawal, and refund matters are additionally governed by the terms presented during checkout. By purchasing or accessing The Perceiver, the Participant agrees to the following Terms:

1. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

The Perceiver is a 21-day digital self-study program designed to help Participants recognize, interpret, and respond to what they experience as guidance from their Higher Self. The program is based on the A.R.T. framework of Awareness, Regulation, and Trust and includes audio teachings, Daily Integrations, written materials, reflection prompts, practical observations, and other digital resources. References to the Higher Self, intuition, energy, and spiritual guidance reflect the Content Provider’s spiritual framework and professional experience. Participants are invited to explore these concepts through their own experience and discernment. The program does not include individualized supervision, performance evaluation, certification, or any guaranteed obligation for the Content Provider to provide personal feedback or respond to questions.

2. PURCHASE AND ACCESS

The applicable price, currency, taxes, payment options, and promotional discounts are those displayed during checkout. The Participant receives immediate and complete access to the program after purchase through the designated digital course platform. Where “lifetime access” is offered, this means access for the operational lifetime of the program while it continues to be offered and supported by the Content Provider and relevant platform. It does not guarantee that any particular platform, technology, file format, or individual resource will remain available indefinitely. The Content Provider may reasonably update, reorganize, replace, or migrate the program or its hosting platform without materially reducing the program’s essential content or purpose. Temporary interruptions caused by maintenance, technical problems, or circumstances outside the Content Provider’s reasonable control may occur.

3. WITHDRAWAL AND REFUNDS

The Participant receives immediate and complete access to the digital program after purchase. By expressly consenting during checkout to the immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledging the resulting loss of the statutory right of withdrawal, the Participant loses that right once access begins, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Purchases are therefore final. Refunds are not provided because the Participant changes their mind, does not access or complete the program, or does not experience the expected outcome. Mandatory consumer rights, including rights relating to defective, inaccessible, or non-conforming digital content, remain unaffected. For purchases made through Ablefy under its reseller model, withdrawal and refund requests are governed and processed by the Ablefy entity identified during checkout.

4. EDUCATIONAL AND HEALTH DISCLAIMER

The Perceiver is intended for personal education, self-reflection, and personal development. It is not therapy, psychotherapy, psychological counseling, medical or mental-health treatment, diagnosis, crisis support, or legal, medical, psychological, or financial advice. It does not replace appropriately qualified professional support. Participants experiencing significant distress or symptoms requiring professional attention should seek appropriate assistance. Participants should pause any practice that causes significant discomfort or distress.

5. PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITY

Personal experiences and results vary. The Content Provider does not guarantee that the Participant will:

receive or recognize particular guidance;
experience clearer intuition or spiritual perception;
reach a specific decision; or
achieve any personal, professional, financial, emotional, or spiritual outcome.

The Participant remains responsible for their own interpretations, decisions, actions, and implementation. Spiritual or intuitive impressions should be considered alongside practical circumstances, critical thinking, and appropriate professional advice. No teaching should be interpreted as requiring an action that feels unsafe, unlawful, medically inappropriate, or financially irresponsible.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All program content remains the intellectual property of the Content Provider or the respective identified rights holder. This includes all video and audio teachings, Daily Integrations, written materials, exercises, reflection prompts, graphics, course structures, branding, and the A.R.T. framework as presented within The Perceiver. The Participant receives a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the materials privately for non-commercial purposes. Without prior written permission, the Participant may not:

share account access or login details;
copy, reproduce, distribute, upload, publish, sell, teach, adapt, sublicense, or commercially exploit the materials;
use the materials to create a competing course, service, training, or commercial product; or
upload the materials to artificial-intelligence systems, transcription services, shared databases, or other third-party platforms for reproduction, analysis, training, or redistribution.

Downloadable materials may be retained and used privately, subject to these restrictions.

7. SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION OF ACCESS

The Content Provider may suspend or terminate access where there is reasonable evidence of unauthorized sharing, intellectual-property infringement, fraud, unlawful activity, platform misuse, or a serious or repeated breach of these Terms. Where reasonably possible, the Participant will first be informed and given an opportunity to correct the breach. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, the Content Provider is not responsible for losses resulting from the Participant’s personal interpretations, decisions, actions, failure to act, or use of the program as a substitute for professional advice. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion would be unlawful, including liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury, or mandatory consumer rights. Statutory rights concerning defective or non-conforming digital content remain unaffected.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by Austrian law. If the Participant is a consumer residing in another country, this choice does not remove any mandatory consumer protection provided by the laws of their habitual residence. Jurisdiction is determined according to applicable mandatory law. If any provision of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by law.

10. ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By purchasing or accessing The Perceiver, the Participant confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. The Participant acknowledges that the program is educational and spiritual in nature, that individual experiences and results cannot be guaranteed, and that they remain responsible for their own decisions and actions.
