Session 1: Expand the upper back using natural breathing. Realign the shoulders using active pulls. Practically explore the functional anatomy of the arm-back connection to strengthen the back.

Session 2: Align the lower back - get out of the lumber curve! Practically explore the functional anatomy of the pelvic position and use it for stabilisation.

Session 3: Making an integrated change! Bringing the upper and lower back into stable alignment, balance and vitality. Tips on how to maintain a strong back even in stressful everyday situations and on how a strong back will enhance your walking.
