What to Expect in Our Sessions...

Every session is tailored to your unique process
You’ll receive practical guidance and somatic tools such as focusing, pendulation, breathwork, intuitive vocalisation, emotional expression work, body mapping, and gentle trauma-integration methods.
Choose between a packet of 5, 10 or 20 x 45-minute online Zoom sessions.
A rhythm of every 2–3 weeks supports both integration and momentum.

At the end of your package, we reassess together and decide if you wish to continue.
